Stony Brook Shores Property Owners Association, Inc. (SBSPOA)

was incorporated in 1958 as a non-profit membership corporation to preserve and protect the character of the area known as  Stony Brook Shores. By-laws and Covenants govern our 93 members, implemented by a Board of Directors.

An annual assessment is charged to all members to cover expenses.
